Guess what? It’s me, NORI! After 2 MONTHS, I AM FINALLY BACK!!!

(Being back makes me as happy as being surrounded by cute puppies 😉 )

Now, all jokes aside, I would like to give an explanation for why my blog suddenly went on hiatus. This past fall, I started a new chapter of my life…called college. While I knew that the bar was going to be raised compared to high school, I didn’t quite realize just how little free time I would have. Of course studying, studying, and more studying kept me busy, but that’s not all. I actually joined some clubs and organizations and that combined with my schoolwork gave me very little free time.

During my first semester at school, I read 7 books (and only 4 were for pleasure). During second semester, I read 6 books (and only 4 were for pleasure). Those numbers are absolutely atrocious, especially coming from a person who is used to reading over 100 books per year (and used to read 200-400 a year). With so little time to read, I’m sure you all can fill in the gaps and realize that I didn’t have any time to blog either. The summer before I started, I tried scheduling as many posts as possible, but eventually they ran out, and I never had time to write up new content.

However, thinking back to my first year at college, to be completely honest, I wouldn’t have done anything different. I absolutely love my school and I am happy with what I achieved during my first year.

So what does that mean for my blog in the future? Well, I’m certainly not ready to give up on it. My goal is to schedule as many posts as possible during the next month or so, which should *hopefully* give me enough material to run with until winter break, where I can replenish the blog with new posts again!

Alright, I think that’s enough from me– now I want to hear from YOU!

Do you have any tips for juggling blogging with work or school?

What type of content (aka what types of posts) would you like to see on my blog?

P.S. For those of you reading this post right now, thank you for sticking with me. It means the world to me to have the support of the book community, even when I’m not as active as normal. <3

P.P.S. If any of you (bloggers or authors) ever want to guest post on my blog, give me a shout! I’d love to feature you!
