  1. Ahhh … you didn’t enjoy The Fill-In Boyfriend? I loved it, of course I love all West’s books.

I really enjoyed The Reader, although it wasn’t a favorite. I haven’t read the other titles on your list.

  2. Oh, I haven’t read any of these. I’ll check them out though. Thanks for sharing. I’ve experienced the feeling myself lately when I had such high expectations on certain books but they turned out be not my faves at all. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

Yes, I was surprised that I wasn’t impressed with Three Dark Crowns like everyone else. Another one for me recently was Missed Connections by Mataya.

  4. I felt the same way about a lot of these 🙁 Ruined and Hunted were both dnf books sadly… I couldn’t get into them. I’m sad to see you didn’t like Up to this Pointe, I wanted to read that one D: I know Angelina didn’t like Three Dark Crowns and I’ve seen the that one on a lot of these lists…

  5. I quite liked This Raging Light and Inherit the Stars. I thought their energy was pretty good, not too slow and not boring. 🙂

I haven’t read a Kasie West book yet, but I got one in Uppercase/OwlCrate last year so I’ll try it sometime this year (hopefully).
