Welcome to my blog everyone! I’m so excited to finally kick off a summer filled with tons of Book Blogger Creativity Project 2016 posts! ICYMI: Here’s all the details on the project!
Today I am participating in the Classic Fridays feature organized by Team Gray!
Without further ado…let’s answer some questions!
This week’s topic is…TBR!
How big is your TBR?
Well, I have no idea about my physical TBR at home (maybe 500-1500 idk???) but on GR it’s 849!
What 5 books are at the top of your TBR?
Only five??? Well, in terms of books that I’ll be reading in August, I’m looking forward to Three Dark Crowns, Metaltown, Stalking Jack the Ripper, This Adventure Ends, and The Lovely Reckless!
Do you ever dump books off your TBR if you don’t get to them after a certain amount of time?
Nope- I have hope that one day, I’ll have time to read them!
How do you prioritize your TBR?
I prioritize based on a mixture of things! I try to read all of the ARCs that I request first, then I move onto ARCs that are releasing soon, and I try to read some backlist titles every now and then also!
Which genre is the most prominent?
Definitely contemporary and fantasy!
How does a book make it onto your TBR list? (Do you just throw it on there or make sure it’s something that you will actually read?)
I try to make sure that I only add books that I want to read, but every now and then, a book will slip through. Also, if I notice that a ton of my close book friends are reading a book that wasn’t on my TBR, I’ll occasionally add them then!
What book are you hesitant to read?
Vassa in the Night- it seems a bit eerie for my taste, but I’m still going to read it!
Books on your TBR list because everyone else seems to have read it
Oooh there’s a lot! *hides in advance* I guess I could name a few…Graceling, To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, Uprooted, Poison Study, and The Wrath and the Dawn.
Make sure to check out all of the Team Gray’s posts! Here’s the schedule:
