Why hello there everyone! You may or may not remember a post from a while ago talking about a new project called the Book Blogger Creativity Project. Well, all of the teams have been finalized for a while now, and we’ve been working hard to put together some awesome new blog posts! I am happy to put up the sixth blog post for the BBCP.
Welcome to The Blogger Behind the Books feature hosted by the Sky Blue Team! We all decided to pick a book and come up with a topic that we could discuss on our blogs based on the book!
“The Night We Said Yes” ~ A time you felt like you were on top of the world and could do anything.
Recently, I would say that moment was the first day of BEA, when I arrived back at my hotel with a HUGE stack of books, and felt absolutely exhausted, but couldn’t wipe the grin off of my face. I felt invincible.
“Twilight” ~ Describe a time you were irrationally in love with someone or something when you know you shouldn’t have been.
Hmm…that’s a tough one. I guess I shouldn’t be in love with fictional book boyfriends? But but but- FRANK PORTER IS AMAZING and I don’t want to give up on him. 🙁
“Beautiful Disaster” ~ A place or person that you can call home.
My family and friends. Enough said.
“Fangirl” ~ Talk about what you love most. Your favorite things, people, books whatever.
This is pretty similar to the previous answer, but I love my family, my friends, and books. It’s quite a vague answer, I know, but I could do an entire blog post about this topic, so I’ll save that for another day.
“Morrie” ~ Talk about who (outside of your family) has been the most influential person in your life.
Yeesh, this one is hard to answer. There have been so many people who have influenced my life- I honestly can’t answer this one. Sorry.
“The Giver” ~ Do you feel like our society now are headed in the direction (or are already in a state) of a Dystopia.
Not quite yet…but who knows what the future will bring? Certainly not me…but hey, that would be awesome if I could see the future. Hmmmm.
“Harry Potter” ~ Describe a moment where you felt like you where exactly where you were supposed to be, a moment where you felt on the right path.
This moment would also be during BEA. It was my first huge book convention, and I was nervous because I didn’t know who I would meet, and what to expect. I had no idea if my Twitter friends would be welcoming in real life, and to my joy, they were, and I love them for that! <3
“Carpe Diem” ~ Tell us about a person/experience that taught you to LIM (live in the moment)
Hahahaha so many moments in this post…I would say that one experience that taught me to LIM was when I started the #RQWN Twitter Chat. It honestly started because I was bored, and wanted to interact with the community, and I randomly asked Twitter random questions. It turned out that was one of my best decisions, and I’m so glad that I decided to LIM and talk to Twitter.
