It seems as though this week has been my adventurous week. First, I got 100 followers and decided to host my first ever physical book giveaway! Then, I confessed all of my book blogging secrets to you in my first ever tag to be featured on my blog! I also did my first ever Waiting on Wednesday post! And then to round it off, yesterday I posted about a new challenge that I’m going to be participating in called Blog Ahead.
The adventure isn’t over! Today I am about to reveal to you ANOTHER challenge that I am going to attempt. This challenge isn’t necessarily a blogging challenge, nor is it a book challenge. I actually got the idea from @thebrokeandbookish while looking at twitter a couple of days ago. She was talking about Blogilates and how she worked really hard in order to be able to follow along with the videos! For those of you who don’t know, Blogilates is a youtube channel (and blog) that focuses on quick, intense workouts. I have tried doing the workouts in the past, but have never been able to fully complete a workout. Eventually I just stopped trying altogether.
Today is the day when I start anew. Today is the day where I put into writing that I’m going to succeed. Starting on Monday, I’m going to try and build up my endurance so that I can eventually complete the workouts! Casey (the founder) has a beginner’s workout calendar on her blog. I’m not sure whether I will be able to follow the beginner’s workout calendar exactly, but I’m going to do my best!
So, what is the point of this blog post?
Well…if any of you feel like a challenge, I officially challenge YOU to try the beginner’s calendar with me!
